Hello Everyone! It’s been awhile! I haven’t been shooting too much digital lately so I had nothing to update the blog with until today lol :).

Today I met up with Salina, who I met through Model Mayhem. She happens to also attend SFSU so I met up with her after we were both done with classes for a quick shoot. I didn’t get to take as many pictures as I wanted since something came up, but I got some nice shots of her. Thank you Salina for modeling for me!

Today I got up, had a nice breakfast, and then decided to go take some photos around the neighborhood… Kind of. I stumbled upon the Holocaust Dedication thing and it really kind of creeped me out. You could feel like an overwhelming despair around the place and I left as soon as possible after taking a couple shots.

On another note, I took out my Diana F+ for the first time in forever and popped in a roll of TMax 100. Almost finished the roll. I have about 4 rolls of 120 I need to get developed… I think I’ve been saying that for awhile, but yeah I’ll get to it someday. I think it’s a little more fun if you wait.. Then when you finally see the results, you can say, “Oh yeah.. I did that on this day.”

It seems like today went on forever. I got up around 6am, got on campus around 7:20am, did some Japanese work for an hour or so, met Aidan to have breakfast, went to class at 11am, went and met Carmina around 2:30pm, took my Kanji test at 4pm, and I just got home ahaha. I’m tired.

1st 3 shots are Digital, Last 2 are film.

Hello everyone! So recently I decided to take my Nikkormat down to the the Embarcadero and take some shots of the Occupiers there. It was kind of odd since I was the ONLY person there shooting film, but it was fun.

I normally don’t like talking about anything religious or political publicly since I know for a fact people WILL NOT like what I have to say. I am not supportive of the Occupy Movement, but since I don’t want to get into it with anyone, or hurt anyone’s feelings, I’ll stop here.

Went to one class today and then went on a quick photo walk. It’s the simple things in Life.

So for today’s Emotion, I wanted to focus on Love. I know this is a total 180 from Sorrow (or is it?), but I thought it would be appropriate since yesterday I met up with Rolo and Mindy for their anniversary shoot. Luckily, the weather was great! I had to dip out early since I had work at 2pm, but I had a great time.

I used Rolo’s D700 and 50 1.4 for the shoot. He did all the editing. The other photos from the shoot are available for view on his blog (the Nov 6th Entry).

Hello everyone! Today I went with Phuey really early this morning to get some shots of his friend, Shelby. It ended up being overcast this morning so I couldn’t get the sunrise shots that I wanted, but I still got a few in that I was happy with. Thank you Shelby! I hope you enjoyed your first time modeling!

I’m gonna have a few more shots for my project tomorrow if everything goes according to plan. Thanks for coming!

Here’s some from today:

*edit: I re-edited them after this was posted. Post Updated.
